MiNDPOP Toolkit is seeking a CHRO Team Building and Talent Leader to own our team building and talent development section. Join a collaborative group of experts, share your insights, and elevate your personal brand while giving back to the software community.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Team Building Section: Develop actionable resources that help startups and scaling companies build cohesive, high-performing teams. Focus areas include team alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and creating a culture that scales.
Content Creation: Over a six-month ramp-up, contribute 2–3 posts per month, including concise articles, team-building exercises, and tools/templates that reflect your expertise in talent and team strategy.
Expand Your Influence: Share your content on LinkedIn to grow visibility, connect with HR and leadership professionals, and help MiNDPOP Toolkit become the go-to resource for startups and scaling teams.
Collaborative Growth: Partner with other contributors to equally promote all personal brands, while collectively strengthening MiNDPOP’s presence as a trusted resource for team and culture strategies.
